As you can see, your organisation's "Statuses" are now displayed as separate columns, providing a clear visual representation of your employee's ideas.

Cutting and slicing the data is easy, simply click on the funnel icon in the top right hand corner of the screen:

You will now be presented with a pop-up filter menu:

Here you have the option to filter the data in a variety of ways:

  • By Group

  • By Category

  • By Tags

  • By Date

Simply select the filters that are most useful, and the page will automatically update with your selections.

In addition to this, you also have the option of filtering on an individual card level, click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the menu, please see below:

You will now see the following menu:

Here you can filter in the following ways:

  • Newest

  • Oldest

  • Highest Rated

  • Lowest Rated

  • Highest Idea Score

  • Lowest Idea Score

The new Pipeline feature makes updating statuses and providing feedback a breeze, all you need to do is simply drag and drop the Ideas into the desired status column. Easy!

As you can see above, once an Idea is dropped into a new status column, there is an automatic pop up that requires you to provide feedback to the individual who submitted the idea.

Providing this feedback keeps users highly engaged, and is essential for maintaining a transparent workflow.
