Tags are optional, but help you and others track ideas around similar topics and themes. You can add multiple tags by hitting the tab button or by using the # symbol within idea titles or descriptions.

Hashtags are intelligent and will automatically look up other tags within your organisation, so you can use other tags already trending or popular within your organisation. You can see this on the right hand side of your feed:

Once tags have been added, they appear in the expanded idea view as clickable links:

Clicking any of the tags in an expanded idea view directs you back to the feed, showing you ideas which contain that tag. It's a quick way to get an overview of all the ideas around a particular topic or theme.

Tags are different from categories, in that categories are pre-defined, updated and controlled by your Organisation Admin, whereas tags are controlled and defined by the user.
