To begin a search on Idea Drop, just click on the search icon in the top right navigation bar. When you begin typing your search term, Idea Drop immediately begins returning relevant results, ranked in order of relevance. These results can include, titles or descriptions of ideas, challenges or bulletins, comments, colleagues and the contents of PDF or DOC attachments.
