Setting a deadline for your challenge encourages a flow of ideas faster. Once a deadline has expired, the challenge and associated ideas posted to it will still be visible, although new ideas cannot be submitted. You can also choose to ‘manually end the challenge’, and in this instance, the challenge will run continuously, and ideas can be submitted to it, until it is ended.
