Idea Drop automatically calculates an innovation score for every user, which is updated in real-time. The innovation score is uncapped and is calculated based on a wide-ranging series of metrics including, but not limited to, factors such as:
How often you use Idea Drop, and what actions you take around the platform
How you engage with other people's ideas, and how successful these ideas are
How other people engage and interact with your ideas
Your innovation score is a transparent metric, visible to yourself and everyone else in your Idea Drop community. Your innovation score displays on your profile and in the widget on right hand side of your feed:
The innovation score resets at the end of every calendar month and will update on the innovation leaders' board, which is displayed on the right hand side of the feed.
